anyway...
here is a picture of semolina flour pasta being made... this is what i made cheese ravioli out of... it is different than using white flour... kind of grainy... but once it goes thru the rollers a few times the consistency becomes smooth and it is quite nice to work with.

Check the falcon blog site...on May 12 they are going to take the chicks from the nest and band them. That should be fun to watch.
