Our last day was Saturday. We spent the day bringing my rental bike back and packing and hanging around the house mostly. At 10pm we caught a train in Leer that we rode for an hour and then got on another train that was a sleeping train. We rode the sleeping train all night until we reached Munich (about 6 hours). Then on Sunday we took a plane from Munich to Amsterdam and then another plane from Amsterdam to Minneapolis and then took a Taxi home. WHEW! Were we tired when we got home!
I took a few pictures inside the sleeping train. I chose the lower bunk, this is how it looked once we folded the seats out to a bed.

And this is the upper bunk. Finding places for all of our luggage was a bit tricky but we did it!
